Studio Wild was tasked with revitalizing a shared open space within the Bethany neighborhood of Oakridge Estates that suffered from soggy soil and expanses of sloped, wet, unusable lawn. The design increased the usability of the park by creating a series of lawn terraces interspersed with stormwater basins and seasonally vibrant, habitat-friendly planting. Walking paths and seating and picnic nooks increase opportunity for the residents to enjoy a connection to nature.
